Media Notice: Cavuto pleads with Fox viewers to get vaccinated, Blunt's cowardice, and more

Your friendly correspondent wrapped up his birthday weekend Sunday night by seeing the Rolling Stones in Minneapolis — more on that a little later — so this first paid subscriber-only version of Public Notice will take the form of a recap of a couple notable things I saw on the Sunday news shows as well as a tidbit from Monday morning.

As has been the case for weeks now, the Sunday shows were largely focused on ongoing congressional negotiations surrounding President Biden’s agenda. But a segment on Howard Kurtz’s media-focused Fox News show featured an unusually direct plea to the audience.

After days of ignoring Neil Cavuto’s powerful written statement about the importance of vaccination, Fox News finally gave its anchor a chance to say his piece on air. Cavuto didn’t disappoint.
